The High-Performing Non-Executive Director (NED) Toolkit™ helps aspiring and current NEDs assess their skills against a framework designed exclusively for Transpire Global. This framework outlines twelve competencies of high-performing NEDs, defining the skills and knowledge needed to demonstrate competent behaviour.
Participants complete a Board Career Plan and discuss the outputs in a 90-minute coaching session, resulting in a Personal Development Plan for the next 12 months.
