About the CPD course
This training provides an overview of key concepts in Diversity; Equity; and Inclusion (DEI) and introduces practical strategies for applying them in the workplace. Participants will explore methods to reduce bias in decision-making; implement inclusive recruitment practices; effectively collaborate in diverse teams; run inclusive meetings; and create a working environment that promotes a sense of belonging for all. It aims to equip learners with tools to develop a comprehensive action plan for advancing DEI within their organisations.
