About the CPD course
The course is built with the focus on enhancing and enabling a communication approach with the support of coaching. Effective communication is a support for family members; colleagues at the workplace and in our day-to-day life endeavours. We address Emotional Intelligence (EQ); effective communication; and a beneficial impact of managing one`s emotions. Coaching is another pillar that is introduced; along with a couple of coaching models. We explore the core source of emotions; the brain. Mainly; what emotions are from the brain perspective and the effects of the brain chemicals – enzymes – on the way we interact. The course is structured to be highly interactive and engaging; offering participants a safe environment to share; try out and learn by doing.
