Training Course

Uzma Akser Coaching and Consulting (UACC)
About the CPD course
The course explores neuroinclusive work culture and the importance of inclusive policies in organizations. Sessions provide a positive learning outcome as we explore the Neurodiversity paradigm vs Medical paradigm; the strength-based approach to neuroinclusion and how to bring in unique and talented individuals. We look at the Universal Design Learning (UDL) which highlights ‘no one size fits all approach’ and how it is imperative to place accommodations and modification in the workplace. The Coaching element of the program focuses on reflective exercise alongside setting goals on how delegates intend to raise awareness of inclusive policies and implement them.
