About the CPD course

An ally is someone who actively promotes an inclusive culture by making intentional; positive; and conscious choices that benefit all people. In this course; we will learn to recognise inappropriate behaviour; understand the difference between an active and passive bystander; and how to use the nonviolent communication method to effectively challenge discrimination at work.
