About the CPD course

Our Student Mental Health Ambassador Programme equips students with the skills and confidence to step in; support and signpost a fellow student who may be struggling with their mental health. Students will leave the programme with an awareness of mental health and feeling empowered to be part of a culture of reducing stigma. This course provides lifelong skills around empathy and active listening along with a clear understanding of the boundaries of being a Student Mental Health Ambassador.
