There are 800;000 dads of disabled children in the UK but less than 10% of these dads have told their boss they have a disabled child for fear of it affect career progression. This unique 90 minutes Disability Awareness Training is the first of its kind in the UK. The training will promote inclusive practice and transform your organisational culture. Delivered by someone with lived experience of a disability; the training is 90 minutes long and can be tailored to the needs of your organisation. Can be delivered at your offices as a breakfast or lunch workshop and is suitable for staff at all levels.
