The Narrative-Enabled Leader is an eight-week programme to empower leaders with advanced storytelling and influencing skills; providing new ways of thinking and influencing for the long-term. It’s grounded in the science of story and the ongoing reality of the changing workplace. The programme consists of two half-day workshops exploring the science and power of story; how it works for business leaders; and bringing this to life through interactive exercises and discussions. Between workshops; leaders are taken through curated reading topics and research; weekly discussion forums and one-to-one coaching; enabling them to put their learning to work in their business communications.
