Speakers; who have been selected from Pilot Sites for The Model Healthcare System; discuss how historically we have monitored pressure ulcers in the NHS; the strengths and limitations of these methods; the Model Health System; its underpinning principles and what it aims to achieve. Clinicians will be shown how to report pressure ulcers and what they need to know to partake in this new system of pressure ulcer monitoring.
