Chronic Inflammation in HIV and The Role of ART

Persistent inflammation in people living with HIV has been associated with increased risk of non-AIDS related comorbidities. It is therefore important that HCPs are aware of the multiple factors associated with immune activation and inflammation; parameters that influence inflammation; as well as the clinical relevance and recommendations. Interactive virtual components of the workshop include: polling for assessment of participant’s opinion; chat to address participants’ questions and opinions by speakers and moderator.
