Diversity and Eating Disorders workshop.

21 Sep 2023

About the event

Join us in conversation with Dr Sheryllin McNeil; previous service users and peer support workers as we shine a spotlight on gender; sexuality; age and race in eating disorder services. Representation matters. But all too often particular groups find themselves feeling under-represented; unseen and unwelcome; with approaches to increasing access to eating disorder services focusing on “widening the doorway”. This session aims to go further by looking at how services can improve their “curb appeal” and truly represent.
