The session provides and overview of the key elements of effective challenge within the role of a school governor and academy trustee in England and Wales. The session will cover what effective challenge is; why it is important; and how it can be deployed skilfully within your role. The session will provide delegates the opportunity to discuss any challenges they have experienced in this area.
