Transpire Faculty-Led events cover subject-specific issues pertinent to Board Members. They offer Transpire members the opportunity to engage with the speakers who are internationally recognised established Non Executive Directors; Chairs and subject matter experts. They’re held up to 20 times a year; with 1 or 2 events each month; apart from As an example; in the ‘Evaluating organisational culture – the NED’s role in facilitating change’ session; a panel of speakers from Transpire’s People; Culture; and Wellbeing Faculty discuss how to learn from employee metrics; how to ensure the employee voice is clear; and how to overcome resistance to change. These live events are hosted virtually; recordings are made available for members to view on demand via Transpire Connect. Each event has a run-time of approx. 1hr.
