Over the past decade; Endodontics has seen significant technological advancements in agitation devices; utilizing mechanisms like irritant transfer and soft tissue debridement. These innovations have improved the use of sodium hypochlorite; influenced by factors such as fluid volume and speed; enhancing its effectiveness in small root canal spaces. This webinar discussed the benefits of machine-assisted over manual agitation systems; offering tips to improve canal disinfection and workflow efficiency in minimally invasive Endodontics. It also addressed the risks of hypochlorite use; focusing on safe practices to reduce complications and increase treatment safety.
The Hellenic Association of Endodontists, established in 2013, is dedicated to advancing the specialty of Endodontics within Greece's dental community and among the public. This professional body consists of fully qualified Endodontists, each with at least two years of postgraduate training in accredited programs in Greece or abroad.
