Infection Prevention and Control 2017 - Sharing Knowledge; Improving Care - Leeds

About the event
In February 2017; Knowlex brought together over 400 healthcare professionals in London. The themes for discussion and policy definitions included; gramnegative infection and e-coli; UTIs and Sepsis. The event also included the ongoing battle to avoid the hanging sword of Damocles that is AMR and an overview of the 2017-19 CQUIN quality premiums. To ensure comprehensive national access to these vital potentially life-saving and educational programmes we have been asked to share the London learnings with those who were unable to join us. The themes from London will form the core agenda for the conference in Leeds this year. We will seek to bring together industry innovation; NHS best practice and case studies to present a truly interactive knowledge exchange.

For over 15 years the Knowlex team have been a trusted and valued resource for healthcare professionals. Knowlex’s activities centre on delivering educational activities for the “whole health economy”. Working with senior government policymakers and advisors such as SAGE we are able to deliver a series of activities and documents that enable local leaders and commissioners to deliver national strategies. Our offering is no longer just a domestic venture within the UK as we now collaborate with international colleagues from countries across Europe, and others further afield including the USA, Canada, and the Middle East.
