The conference will bring together a mix of innovative schools; pioneering head teachers; senior leaders; teachers and educationalists to offer a range of deliverable; evidence-based; practical approaches and strategies to support raising attainment; overcoming barriers to success and narrowing the gap for disadvantaged pupils. It will empower schools to spend and allocate Pupil Premium funding effectively and draw upon a range of different schools' experiences; provide broad focus on a number of different interventions; whole-school strategies; the implementation of effective systems in different types of schools; use and generation of data; and ensure Ofsted readiness.
