About the event
The 3-hour session will address fire safety in timber frame developments from a design risk management perspective. Delegates will gain a deeper understanding of the practical implications of design decisions and the key areas of concern when assessing risk in this area. They will be given an overview of the underpinning legal framework and will know where to find relevant guidance. Case studies and practical examples will be used to illustrate and consolidate learning points; emphasising a proportionate; un-bureaucratic approach.
