This conference will update delegates on the development of nursing revalidation and focus on strengthening nursing appraisal in your service; in preparation for an appropriate effective model revalidation; which nursing and midwifery council has now committed to enhance public protection. There will be a focus on the role of the confirmer including experiences of those from NMC sites.
