We have been asking our members from across the industries the reasons why they became a CPD provider. This CPD Member case study was provided by Host Media Consultants. For more information, please visit their CPD Member Directory page.
Please provide us with a brief overview of your organisation. What do you do?
Host is a leading communications consultancy, providing media training, personal impact and presentation skills to organisations in the UK and Europe. Our specialist agendas are designed for 1:1 coaching, groups of 4-5, up to workshops.
Why did you become a CPD provider?
We wanted independent accreditation of our services to assure clients that our agendas and content were industry-leading.
How did you implement CPD accreditation in your organisation?
We submitted the training materials, agendas and samples of our research, methods and feedback tools for accreditation. We use the CPD logos on marketing materials and website for the four courses we have accredited. We also state we are a CPD member on our literature.
How has CPD helped your organisation achieve its learning objectives?
The process of accreditation meant we reviewed the formats of our four training programmes. We made changes such as text for visually impaired delegates. Having this outside assessment was useful.
We hope this brief CPD Member Case Study was both interesting and helpful. Please go to the Host Media Consultants CPD Member profile page for more on their available CPD.
