Please provide us with a brief overview of your organisation. What do you do?
We have a simple goal here at iAM Learning: to create fun and engaging off the shelf eLearning people want to do and that allows them to continuously develop. This is why we have a clear focus on building the right solution for the content of the course. Whether it’s compliance, mental health, or health & safety it’s important to engage your learners and ensure they can do something different by the end of the course.
Why did you become a CPD provider?
We believe that there is a different way to bring eLearning to life - through the power of visual communication and the art of storytelling. As such, all of our content is created in a high quality animated style. Now we don't just create pretty pictures, as it's proven that storytelling and animation simplify complex issues, makes them easier to understand, improves retention, reduces cognitive load and much more - but we do recognise that sometimes it helps to know the learning underneath the shiny bonnet is all top notch. Hence, by having our content CPD certified, we can reassure our customers and learners that it's been properly designed, curated and created. It's a quality seal we're proud to put onto all our content.
How did you implement CPD accreditation in your organisation?
We work closely with The CPD Certification Service to understand the requirements before building this into the very core of how we create content - we follow a robust production line process which ultimately starts with the business need (which we turn into our learning objectives). Our learning designers and instructional designs then craft this into a course that lands this learning with a punch.
How has CPD helped your organisation achieve its learning objectives?
It's all about that quality seal - as a vendor of off the shelf content, we can proudly display our CPD logo and reassure customers, prospects and learners alike that our content meets the highest standards.
