About the CPD course

Did you know; 1 in 3 people will experience panic attacks at some stage in their life? This module will develop understanding around anxiety with highlight on panic attacks. We will cover signs; symptoms and; most importantly; how to manage panic attacks. This session not only builds knowledge but also provides techniques for self-care alongside how to support others. The session includes anonymous interactivity to allow attendees to really open up and feel comfortable in the discussion.

We work regularly with external agencies and healthcare professionals to improve services for those living with anxiety and anxiety-based depression and also campaign to raise awareness of the conditions.
