About the CPD course

This programme explores the importance of introducing and promoting appropriate touch in the classroom and the resulting benefits to emotional health; wellbeing; resilience; and learning and achievement. We will consider the fundamental relationship between touch; child development and social bonding and the positive impact this has on relationships in the learning environment. We will also think about how teaching children appropriate touch is key to safeguarding.
