This virtual workshop is designed for nurses and offers an in-depth exploration of the Soar Beyond 4D methodology; focusing on diagnostic sessions. Participants will engage with Insights® Discovery; fostering self-awareness and understanding of others. The workshop guides nurses in exploring their preferred leadership styles; providing valuable insights into their unique strengths and areas for development. Additionally; nurses will learn to adapt and flex their leadership styles to meet the diverse needs of their teams and patients. This training aims to enhance leadership capabilities; improve team dynamics; and elevate patient care quality.
