Workshop 3 AD Session Two

This is workshop 3 of a virtual 6-part workshop; tailored for nurses; provides a comprehensive overview of the Soar Beyond 4D methodology with a focus on diagnostic sessions. This workshop will equip nurses to complete the DIAGNOSE stage by gathering and analysing data; engaging stakeholders; and conducting root cause analysis. They will learn to set SMART goals and define success metrics to measure outcomes. Using Agile methodology and project management tools; the workshop will focus on effective DELIVERY through clear communication; risk management; quality assurance; and training; ensuring efficient implementation and continuous improvement.
