About the CPD course

This online course will help you learn contra-indications to shiatsu and proper techniques when doing massage therapy. You will learn how to apply more and less pressure correctly on the affected body parts; palming different ways; rocking techniques; and stretching. This online course will equip you with the knowledge of massage sequences on the buttocks; legs; and feet. You will also learn the massage sequence on legs supine; chest; arms and hands; hands and hands. By the end of the course; you will have an understanding of massage techniques; full-body massage sequences; full sequences without music; and chair massage.
