About the CPD course

MDT Leads is an innovative; interactive and experiential leadership program for MDT leads; chairs; lead nurses; and CNSs. Delivered via MS Teams supplemented by a WhatsApp community. The program leads participants – with minimum demand on their time – to establish new thinking and innovative practices for transforming challenging relationships and outcomes in their leadership role and MDTs. The benefits of the program are long-lasting; beyond participation in the program.
