About the CPD course

Wellbeing Matters is an experiential learning and development program for healthcare professionals. Delivered via MS Teams supplemented by a WhatsApp community. The program is designed to increase self-awareness and enable meaningful and effective action to support wellbeing – both our own and others. Themes include: Co-creating context: building a foundation of relatedness; Being human; new possibilities for wellbeing. Reframing vulnerability; The practice of self-compassion; Supporting yourself and others. This program draws on models and practices rooted in narrative methodology and creating protected time to focus; we create a safe space for listening; reflection and learning through peer practice and new thinking.
