About the CPD course

Transforming effectiveness of MDT Coordinators is an experiential learning and development program. Delivered via MS Teams supplemented by a WhatsApp community. The program is designed to increase self-awareness and enable meaningful and effective action to support MDT Coordinators in their roles. Themes include; Mindset; Listening and Responding; Communication for creating relatedness; Transformational conversations; Team dynamics; Resilience. This program draws on models and practices rooted in narrative methodology. In addition to online group sessions; participants will; Be assigned practice partners; Receive a program e-booklet; including core material; assignments; practices and recommended readings/references; Have on-going interaction with participants and facilitators via WhatsApp.
