About the event

This online course is for healthcare management looking to improve leadership practices. Its based around recommendations made in the independent report in NHS leadership published June 2022 with the co-author of the report starting the conference. The course will focus on collaborative leadership; how to improve the way management interact with staff and patients to achieve better outcomes in healthcare. Sessions will explore compassionate leadership and improving staff motivations. Looking at staff wellbeing and supporting staff facing adversity from the leadership position. It will also discuss recruiting the next generation of NHS leaders; increasing diversity and inclusion within NHS leadership.
