About the event
Westminster Insights Handling Complaints in Higher Education Conference aims to help HEIs understand the importance of fair; timely and inclusive complaint handling. Additionally; HEIs will learn how to positively engage with students to increase the chance of early resolution; and support students through the complaint handling process. Includes guidance on handling complex cases including large group complaints on industrial action and COVID-19. Furthermore; hear the latest OIA updates; attend workshops on developing effective complaint handling procedures and hear from best practice examples.
