About the CPD course
Learn strategies for supporting yourself and others with behavioural change. Explore the connections between physical and mental health and the range of factors that can affect an individual's wellbeing or readiness for change; including neurodiversity.
Through organised actions to bring about changes in policy, behaviour and culture we will achieve our vision of mental wellbeing for all. By providing training as part of workforce and student development, we will embed the challenging of misconceptions and promote mental health from a positive standpoint. We work collaboratively within communities utilising peer support and asset based approaches to overcome barriers to mental wellbeing, impacting behaviour change and achieving self care by promoting resilience skills.
