By providing training as part of workforce and student development, we will embed the challenging of misconceptions and promote mental health from a positive standpoint. We work collaboratively within communities utilising peer support and asset based approaches to overcome barriers to mental wellbeing, impacting behaviour change and achieving self care by promoting resilience skills.
